Produce a 90-second film that balanced the grit with high-gloss glamour
Our collaboration with Solotec for RAYE’s landmark performance at The O2 was a defining project for New Page Productions. As the 360-degree technical supplier, Solotec was responsible for every critical layer of the show: Video, Rigging, Sound, and Lighting. Our objective was to produce a 90-second case study film that balanced the grit of the "load-in" with the high-gloss glamour of the live performance. The project required a "technical-first" mindset. We were tasked with documenting the sheer scale of the rigging and sound engineering while ensuring the final edit felt as polished and rhythmic as the show itself. It was essential to give equal weight to each of SOLOTEC's disciplines, showing potential clients that they don't just supply equipment—they engineer the atmosphere of the world's biggest stages.

The primary challenge was the sheer scale of the environment and the relentless pace of an arena load-in. To deliver a true "360" perspective, we had to be everywhere at once. We balanced high-speed, documentary-style filming during the rigging phase with carefully planned cinematic shots during the show. Ensuring we captured specific, high-impact visuals for all four departments - Video, Rigging, Sound, and Lighting. This meant maintaining a rigorous shot list while staying agile enough to catch the ad-lib moments of RAYE’s live performance under the arena lights.
